My career for the past 20 years has centred around teaching and coaching,
largely in the corporate arena. I have always been passionate about the
undiscovered power everyone has inside themselves; untapped power that is right
below the surface and surprisingly easy to liberate.
I have worked with people from all walks of life in the UK, and Australia
where I lived for many years. My roles have been
varied from consultancy to management, mentoring and
personal development.
I inevitably found myself involved, regardless of the job description, in assisting people achieve their ambitions, and to find
new and powerful ways to do this. It was so often people's hesitancy not to make a mistake, or their lack
of belief in their abilities, that would stop them from
attaining what they desired, rather than the mechanics
involved.
Producing sufficient results is vital to one's success of course, but this often comes at a cost to health
and personal life. I believe that you needn’t be restricted by
belief systems that limit or stop you, or self-defeating
thought patterns that are nothing more than unhelpful
habits; simply a learned response to situations and
events.
Stress, unfulfilled dreams and limiting ways of thinking can have impact
negatively in your life. These factors can build over a period of time and cause resentment,
dissatisfaction and a feeling of 'is this all there is?'. All too often
this produces a lack-lustre life which leaves you wishing there was more to look forward to.
I have written and facilitated hundreds of training
courses covering all aspects of personal development to
both individuals and corporate clients. Over the years I
have acquired highly effective techniques and tools to
help formulate the results people desire and to help
achieve success in any area of one's life. I would love to
share some of these with you.
There is so much power within you but the question most
often asked is 'how' do I make this work for me?
I know, from personal experience and the results
I've witnessed in others over the years, that life coaching can hold the key.
Wouldn't you love to wake up to each day with excitement, facing a day
that's full of possibilities and opportunities?
If your answer is 'yes', go to my contact page and let's
discuss how coaching can help you to begin to make the
changes you really desire in your life.
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world;
The unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world
to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.
